General Personal Training Services
Fitness is comprised of five components: muscular strength,
muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility,
and body composition. Our Personal Training services are
directed towards helping our clients improve in each of these
components - to achieve balance in their overall fitness. We offer
full-service personal training services for individuals, pairs, and
small groups. Our small group classes, and training packages
are excellent ways to reduce your cost for training.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce body fat, improve your
functional strength, increase flexibility, or to help prevent or
reduce the effects of an illness or condition (e.g. high blood
pressure, arthritis), we can help you.
